📝 How to Register as a Premier Auction Seller

To begin, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the Premier Auction Interest Form
    → Use the QR code shown on the final slide of the Premier Auction deck
    → Or reach out directly to our onboarding rep (see contact below)

  2. Prepare Your Submission

    • Complete the card checklist template (provided after registration)

    • Take clear front-and-back photos of each card

    • Use sleeves or slabs for protection

    • Ship your cards and send tracking number to the Hoopi team

  3. Verification Process

    • Your cards will be unboxed on video

    • A confirmation image + checklist will be sent to you

    • You may propose price suggestions; Hoopi also checks latest eBay data for guidance

  4. Card Listing & Auction

    • High-resolution photos are taken by Hoopi

    • Cards are featured in exclusive promotions

    • Auction goes live and payouts are made within 3 working days after a successful sale
