Q: What is a box break? A: A box break is when we open a sealed Pokémon booster box live on stream and split the packs among participants who bought slots. Each buyer gets the cards from the packs they purchased.
Q: How do I join a Hoopi box break? A: Simply purchase a slot on our Hoopi platform under breaking. Each slot corresponds to a certain number of booster packs or booster boxes according to the details stated. During the live break, your packs will be opened on stream.
Q: Do I need to be present during the live stream? A: No, but it’s more fun if you are! If you can’t make it, we’ll still open your packs live, and your cards will be shipped to you.

Purchasing & Participation

Q: How much does it cost to join? A: The cost depends on the set being opened and the number of packs per slot. Prices are shown before purchase.
Q: Can I buy multiple slots? A: Yes, you can buy as many slots as you want (until sold out). More slots = more chances to pull rare cards!
Q: Can I choose which packs I get? A: Yes! You get to choose ur own slot (by number). We will shuffle the box and pack in the stream.

Cards & Shipping

Q: Do I get all the cards from my packs? A: Yes, you’ll receive every card from the packs in your slot, unless stated otherwise (e.g., bulk exclusions for international shipping).
Q: How are the cards shipped? A: All hits (rare, holo, reverse holo, etc.) are sleeved and protected. Shipping is tracked to ensure safe delivery.
Q: When will I receive my cards? A: Typically, within 5–10 business days after the break, depending on your location and shipping option.| Malaysia: Shipment will arrive in Malaysia within a week and we will ship it out for you Indonesia: Shipment will arrive in Indonesia on 1st October and arrange to ship out the next working day.

Indonesia: No for now. But if you pull a MUR, we will still give you the free grading as promised.
