Important Notes:

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
  • Customer will receive a notification email from our bank partner (FIUU) on their refunds.
  • All refunds will be processed by Hoopi Finance Team within same day request; unless it falls on a weekend or Public Holiday of which it will be brought forward to next available working day.
  • Please check with your bank on their refund policy if further verification is required.
