If your replacement request is approved, follow this compact shipping guide to ensure your item is returned safely and successfully processed.
1. Repack the Item - (Use original packaging: bubble wrap, Styrofoam, air cushions, and the same carton box if undamaged.)
2. Seal the Package - (Tape all edges and openings securely.)
3. Label as Fragile - (If the item is delicate (e.g. graded card), mark the box “Fragile”.)
4. Attach Return Label - (Print and stick the Return Label provided by Hoopi on the package.)
5. Inform the Seller - (Share courier and tracking details for coordination if required)
6. Use Selected Courier - (Drop off at the same courier service chosen during return initiation.)
7. Use Alternative Packaging if Needed - (If original packaging is damaged, use a sturdy box, fill empty spaces, and wrap each item in 2–3 layers of bubble wrap.)
📌 Returns that are improperly packed may be rejected if the item is damaged during transit.
