Sellers on Hoopi can combine shipping for a buyer's multiple purchases to provide a seamless experience. Here’s how the process works and the steps to follow:
Policy for Combined Shipping
- Single Combination Allowed: Sellers are permitted to combine shipping for a buyer’s multiple purchases, but this can only be done once per buyer.
- Additional Orders: If further purchases are made by the same buyer, sellers can set the shipping fee to RM0.00 for the additional orders, provided all items will be shipped together in one package using the same tracking number.
Steps to Combine Orders
Set RM0.00 for Shipping Fees on Additional Orders:
- For all orders except one, set the shipping fee to RM0.00.
- This ensures that no extra charges are applied for combining shipping.
Choose One Order to Set the Shipping Fee:
- Select one of the orders as the primary order and apply the shipping fee for that order.
- This fee will cover all combined items in the package.
Use the Same Tracking Number:
- When shipping, ensure that the same tracking number is used for all combined orders.
- Update the tracking information in the Hoopi system for transparency with the buyer.
