Order Processing Guide for Hoopi Sellers
Managing your orders effectively on Hoopi ensures a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process for handling orders on Hoopi, applicable to both Marketplace and Auction transactions.
Step 1: Order Notification
- When a buyer places an order, you will receive an order notification in the app.
- The order will appear in the Pending Orders section until payment is confirmed by the buyer.
Step 2: Payment Confirmation
- Once the buyer completes the payment, the order status changes to "To Ship".
- This indicates that the payment is confirmed, and you can proceed with packaging and shipping the order.
Step 3: Shipping the Order
For Courier Shipping:
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide the tracking number and Link URL in the Hoopi app to keep the buyer informed.
- Ensure the package is shipped promptly to meet the platform's 6-day timeline.
For Drop-Off Option:
- Coordinate with the buyer for drop-off details.
- The buyer will provide an Order Code, which can be found in their app under the "To Ship" section. Prefer once passed the item, request the code with the buyer.
- Enter the Order Code in the app to confirm the delivery. Ensure the code is entered correctly, including any special characters.
Step 4: Order Completion
- After receiving the item, buyers have 7 days to click "Order Received" in the app to confirm the delivery.
- If the buyer does not take this action within 7 days, the system will automatically mark the order as completed.
Tips for Sellers
- Ensure all shipping details, including the tracking number, are accurate and up to date.
- Use the Chat feature in the app to address any buyer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor your To Ship section regularly to avoid delays in fulfilling orders.
