    • The name provided during registration does not match the details on your MyKad/IC.
    • Make sure to enter your full legal name as per your MyKad/IC and avoid using nicknames or incomplete names.
  3. Low-Quality or Incomplete Image Submission:

    • If the submitted photo is too dark, pixelated, or cropped, it may result in rejection.
    • Take the picture in good lighting and ensure your entire face and MyKad/IC details are clearly visible.
  4. Wearing Accessories (Hat, Sunglasses, Mask, etc.):

    • Photos with accessories such as hats, sunglasses, or masks covering the face cannot be accepted.
    • Remove any accessories and ensure your face is fully visible for verification purposes.
