- Buyers can choose to place a manual bid or use the Auto Bid feature, which automatically increases their bid within their set limit.
- Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Winning an Auction
- The highest bid at the end of the auction wins.
- The winning bidder will receive a notification and must complete the payment within 5 days.
- Failure to pay within the given timeframe will result in account restrictions.
4. Completing the Transaction
- After the payment is confirmed, the seller must ship the item within 7 days.
- Buyers can track their order in website tracking.
- Once received, buyers are encouraged to click “Order Received” to finalize the transaction or the order auto complete within 10 days.
5. Dispute Resolution
- If the buyer receives an item that does not match the listing or is damaged, they can report it within 48 hours for resolution.
