1. What is Hoopi Coins?
Hoopi Coins are virtual coin on the Hoopi platform that can be used to exchange products, take part in offer, or enjoy exclusive benefits. Hoopi Coins can only be used within the Hoopi platform and does not have a fix currency value, so they cannot be withdrawn.

2. How to get Hoopi Coins?
Box Card Recycling and Exchange:
After opening the box, users can choose to exchange unwanted cards, and the system will calculate the amount of Hoopi Coins based on the value of the cards.

3. Scope of use of Hoopi Coins
Redeem exclusive product items in Hoopi Mall.
Be on the lookout for future launching of Hoopi benefits and services.

4. Hoopi Coins valid period
There is no expiry date for the current time.

5. Hoopi Coins Rules
Hoopi Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded.
If abnormal conduct is detected, Hoopi has the right to cancel user Hoopi Coins and account access, subject to Hoopi discretion (such as malicious coin brushing, illegal arbitrage, etc).
Hoopi reserves the right to final interpretation, adjustment and claims of the Hoopi Coins usage rules, to update on platform according to business needs.
All coin transactions are final.
