Introduction

The Hoopi app offers a seamless withdrawal process for sellers to transfer their earnings to their bank accounts. This guide will walk you through the steps to monitor your earnings, set up your account, and withdraw your funds efficiently.


Steps to Make a Withdrawal

1. Monitor Your Earnings

  • View Sales: To check your earnings, click on the "View Sales" option in your profile.
  • Ensure that your earnings have reached a minimum threshold of RM 5, as withdrawals are only allowed for balances exceeding this amount.

2. Finalize Your Account Setup

  • Account Setup: Click on the designated link or option in the app to complete your account setup.
  • Make sure all details are accurate, as errors could delay your withdrawal process.

3. Application Review

  • Review Process: Your withdrawal application will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days.
  • Notification: Once approved, you will receive a notification via SMS.

4. Request a Withdrawal

  • After meeting the minimum balance requirement and completing your account setup, click on the "Withdraw" button to transfer your earnings to your bank account.

5. Processing Time

  • Timeline: Withdrawals is T+3 working days, i.e. 4 working days to process, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Seller shall receive the withdrawal in the bank before 11:59pm of the 4th working days.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that all bank details provided are accurate to avoid delays.
  • You can track the status of your withdrawal under the "Withdrawals" section in the app.
