When sellers selects the Drop-Off option for delivery, completing the transaction requires the buyer to provide an Drop-off Code. This code confirms the successful handover of the item and finalizes the order on the platform. Below are detailed steps and recommendations to ensure a smooth process for both parties.
When meetup/message buyer > Get the drop-off code from their Hoopi App > To-Ship at the top

- The order will only be marked as complete once the buyer provides the Drop-off Code after receiving the item.
