1. Immediate Suspension

  • Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended for investigation.
  • This includes:
    • Normal users.
    • Banned users.
    • Special orders with overdue payments (e.g., auctions not paid within 3 days).
    • Special orders closed.
    • Permanently banned shops.

2. Investigation

  • An investigation will be conducted to verify the fraudulent activity.
  • This process may include:
    • Reviewing transactions.
    • Analyzing user behavior.
    • Checking order history.
  • If necessary, refunds or order cancellations will be processed.

3. Banned Accounts

  • Accounts found guilty of fraudulent activities will be permanently banned, restricting any future access to the platform and its services.

Joy Bid Policy

At Hoopi, we aim to maintain a fair and reliable marketplace for all users. The following policy applies to buyers who win an auction but fail to complete payment (Joy Bid):

1. Payment Timeline

  • Buyers are required to complete payment within 3 days after winning an auction.

2. Account Restriction for Non-Payment

  • If payment is not made within the specified timeframe:
    • The buyer's account will be restricted from making further purchases on the platform.
    • To lift the restriction, the buyer must contact the Help Center for assistance.

3. One-Time Account Reactivation

  • Accounts can only be reactivated once following a non-payment restriction.
  • Multiple instances of non-payment will result in a permanent ban from the platform.

4. Commitment to Fairness

  • This policy ensures:
    • Fair treatment of all users.
    • Sellers are not negatively impacted by unpaid auctions.
