Seller Auction Policy
The Seller Policy outlines obligations, processes, and expectations for all sellers on our platform.
1. Fulfillment Obligations
- Sellers must fulfill all orders (marketplace and auction) promptly and accurately as described in their listings.
- Orders must be shipped within 3 working days after payment is completed unless specified otherwise.
- For drop-off orders, sellers must request the Order Code from buyers upon handover to confirm completion.

- Sellers will receive notifications for all new orders.
- Pending orders remain in the system until payment is confirmed by the buyer.
- Sellers must ship promptly and update tracking information on the platform.

- Failure to adhere to these policies may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning.
Auction Policy
For Sellers:
- Fulfillment Obligation: Sellers must honor all auction orders and ship items as described.
- First Failure to Fulfill: Sellers will receive a warning and a reminder of their obligations.
- Second Failure to Fulfill: Temporary account suspension will be applied.
- Lost or Missing Items: Sellers must either locate the item, offer a replacement, or issue a full refund if the buyer rejects the replacement.
- Policy Enforcement: Repeated violations will result in permanent suspension.
For Buyers:
- Winning an Auction: Buyers must complete payment within the 3 days stipulated timeframe.
- Reporting Issues: If the seller fails to fulfill the order, buyers can report the issue through the Help Center for investigation.
