Hoopi Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

Hoopi is committed to protecting intellectual property (IP) rights and expects all users to respect the same. Our platform prohibits the posting, listing, sharing, or selling of any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property protections.

🛑 What You Cannot Do

  • Do not use or list any content you do not own or are not properly licensed to use.

  • Do not sell, give away, or display counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas.

  • Do not upload media (images, video, music) without proper rights or usage permission.

Any violation of this policy may result in:

  • Product removal

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent banning

  • Legal penalties (in severe or repeated cases)
