• Hostile Environment: Any behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for other users will be addressed promptly.

Reporting and Addressing Violations

• How to Report: If you experience or witness hate, harassment, or sexual harassment on Hoopi, report it immediately using the platform's reporting tools or by contacting our Trust & Safety team at help@hoopi.xyz.
• Investigation Process: All reports will be investigated thoroughly. Hoopi may request additional information to ensure a fair and accurate resolution.
• Consequences: Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform. In extreme cases, legal action may be pursued.

Appeal Process

• Right to Appeal: If you believe a decision made against your account was incorrect, you may appeal the decision. Appeals should be submitted via email to help@hoopi.xyz. Our team will review the case and respond with a final decision.
