How Are the Additional Fees and Service Tax Calculated

Hoopi offers competitive fee structures for our sellers to ensure a seamless and profitable experience.  For the first 60 days upon registration no commission fee will be charged for all transaction done in our platform.
Below is detailed breakdown of how the fees are calculated in each country:

Malaysian Seller
First 60 Days
Transaction Fee: 2.5% of selling price.
Service Tax: 8% of transaction fee.
Calculation: Selling Price - (2.5% + 8%)

After 60 days
Commission Fee: 2% of selling price.
Transaction Fee: 2.5% of selling price.
Service Tax: 8% of total fees.
Calculation: Selling Price - (2% + 2.5% +8%)

Singapore Seller
First 60 Days
Transaction Fee: 2.5% of selling price.
Service Tax: 9% of transaction fee.
Calculation: Selling Price - (2.5% + 9%)

After 60 Days
Commission Fee: 2%
Transaction Fee: 2.5%
Service Tax: 9%
Calculation: Selling Price - (2%+2.5% + 9%)

Indonesian Sellers
Indonesia commission structure - 3% transactions fee x 1.12% Servive Tax= 3.03% After Service Tax first 60 days - 3% transactions fee + 3% Commission x 1.12% Service Tax= 6.07% After Service Tax 61 days onwards

  • Fees are calculated based on the final transaction amount.
