Seller is required to ship order within 3 working days upon payment confirmation and provide the courier tracking number on Hoopi app.
What to do when seller doesn’t ship within 3 working days?
Buyer needs to reach out to seller on Hoopi app and provide the screenshot conversation to Hoopi Customer Service via WhatsApp at 019-485 4920 or email help@hoopi.xyz
Refund Policy for Non-Responsive Sellers
If a seller does not respond within 24 hours of a buyer's attempt to contact them, the buyer may request a full refund. To proceed with the refund request, please reach out to Hoopi Customer Service for assistance.
Caution:
Seller failing to adhere to Hoopi policy will be put under Hoopi Watchlist and repeated offenders may risk permanent account suspension.
Once an account is banned seller would need to register a new account with different user id, email address and phone number to rejoin Hoopi.
