2. No Buyer or Seller Protection Hoopi offers Buyer and Seller Protection policies to ensure fair and secure transactions. When deals happen outside the app, these protections are not applicable, leaving both parties vulnerable.

3. Risk of Fraudulent Activities Off-platform transactions increase the chances of scams, counterfeit goods, or misrepresented items. By keeping all dealings within the app, Hoopi can monitor and ensure the authenticity of transactions.

4. Violation of Terms and Conditions Engaging in off-platform dealings is a direct violation of Hoopi’s Terms of Use. Violators risk account suspension, restrictions, or permanent bans from the platform.

Consequences of Off-Platform Transactions

• Account Suspension or Ban: Users found conducting transactions outside the app will have their accounts restricted or permanently banned.
• No Refunds or Support: Hoopi will not process refunds or assist with disputes arising from off-platform dealings.
