How Long Does a Withdrawal Take?

Typically, turnaround time for withdrawal payout is 4 days (Transaction Working Day + 3 Working Days, not including weekends and Public Holidays).

Processing Timeline:

  • Working days are considered Monday to Friday, unless it is a public holiday for each country Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia respectively.

What Affects the Processing Time?

  1. Bank Processing Times: Each bank would have different processing turnaround time. We advise for user to directly contact their bank to confirm turnaround time.
  2. Verification Requirements: Your bank require additional verification. We advise for user to directly contact their bank for verification purposes and confirm turnaround time.
  3. Weekends and Public Holidays: Please take note all withdrawal done on weekends and Public Holidays will be brought forward for processing to next available working day.
